Information We Do Not Collect

• Personal Information. We do not collect or store your name, email address, or any other personal information.
• Device Information. We do not collect your device's camera, microphone, location, or other hardware details. The app may use your camera for photo attachments or your device's location for inclusion in your notes; we have no access to either.
• Activity Tracking. We do not monitor your app usage or activity.
• Analytics. We do not use analytics tools to track how you use the app.
• Ads or Third-Party Tracking. The app does not include ads or any third-party tracking technologies.

Crash Reports

If you have opted into sharing diagnostic data with developers in your iOS or macOS settings, Apple may send us standard crash reports for RIFT Notes. These reports contain no personal information and no device identifiers; they are limited to anonymous diagnostic information about the crash itself. We use them solely to fix bugs and improve stability. You can disable this at any time in your device's Privacy & Security settings.

Data Storage and Security

All notes and data created in the app are stored on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud account or its contents. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on iCloud's data practices.

Third-Party Services

This app does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, except for Apple's direct billing system via the App Store. When a user purchases a premium add-on, we receive confirmation of the purchase from Apple. Additionally, if the user has opted to share their email address with us for support purposes, we may access this information solely to provide assistance related to the purchase or account.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect or store any information, including from children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, this is applicable across all user demographics.
